Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Soap Rush: Slide & Survive ("Soap Rush," "we," or "the app") handles information when you use the app.
Information handled by the app
Soap Rush does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, address, contacts, photos, precise location, or user-generated content. The app and its service providers may automatically process:
- gameplay and app events, such as app launches, runs, retries, settings changes, and rewarded-ad events;
- app and device information, such as app version, device model, operating system, language, and general region;
- advertising identifiers and ad-interaction information where permitted by your device settings and consent choices;
- diagnostic, performance, network, and crash information; and
- IP address, which service providers may use to operate their services, prevent fraud, and estimate a general location.
How information is used
We use this information to operate and improve the game, remember local settings and best scores, measure gameplay and app performance, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, attribute installs, measure marketing, request and display ads, and grant optional rewarded-ad retries.
Advertising, analytics, and attribution providers
Soap Rush uses third-party services that process information under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising, consent choices, ad measurement, and fraud prevention;
- Google Firebase Analytics for app analytics and diagnostics;
- AppsFlyer for install attribution and marketing measurement; and
- Mixpanel for product analytics.
We do not sell personal information. These providers may process data as our service providers or, where described in their policies and permitted by law, for advertising measurement, security, and their own service operations.
Your choices
Where required, the app or operating system will present consent or tracking choices. You can also limit ad tracking through your iOS or Android privacy settings. If you decline tracking, the app remains playable, though ads may be less personalized. You can change in-game music, sound, and aim-guide settings from the Settings screen.
Data retention and deletion
Local settings and best-score data remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Third-party providers retain analytics, attribution, advertising, and diagnostic information according to their policies and our configured retention periods. To request access to or deletion of information associated with the app, email us. We may need limited device or event details to locate a request, and some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or aggregated reporting.
Children
Soap Rush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal and contractual safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are posted.
